Preparation time before dispatch

Order preparation times are from 24 to 72 hours. These time frames include:

• Receipt of payment and its validation;
• creation of the package and the packaging of the various products ordered;
• creation of the packing slip;
• distribution to the carrier (private parcel).

An electronic message will automatically be sent to the CUSTOMER at the time of shipment of the products, provided that the e-mail address on the registration form is correct.

Delivery and delivery times are from 4 to 6 working days for metropolitan France. Expect a 5 to 10 day of delivery for Europe and abroad.

• €2.90 For orders below €60

• Free for orders from 60€ 

Shipping costs for Europe

• 6,90€ for the following countries: Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, United Kingdom.

• 8,90€ for the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Italy, Spain, Switzerland.

• 11,90€ for the following countries: Denmark, Finland, Portugal, Sweden.

DELIVERY TERMS

For a delivery request to the customer’s address, the parcel will be delivered in a letter box or by hand if the customer is present during the delivery. If delivery to the address indicated is not possible, the customer will be notified by e-mail and will have to go to the relay point indicated on the tracking page.
